Barbara Jean Comstock
Congresswoman Barbara Jean Comstock is an American attorney and politician. A Republican, she serves in the United States House of Representatives for Virginia's 10th congressional district. From 2010 to 2014, she was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. She has worked in numerous positions for various government agencies, including as chief counsel of the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, director of public affairs at the Department of Justice, and as a Congressional staffer.

Regional Manager for the East Asia for the Maryland Department of Commerce Felicia Pullam assists foreign companies that are interested in establishing operations in the state. Before joining the Maryland team, Felicia was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Textiles, Consumer Goods, and Materials at the U.S. Department of Commerce. She also served as the Director of Outreach and Communications for SelectUSA, the federal program to promote foreign direct investment (FDI) into the United States. Prior to her federal service, Felicia helped lead trade and FDI for the State of Delaware, after spending nearly a decade in China managing APCO Worldwide's regional Corporate and Sustainability practice.
James K. Woodell, Ph.D
Vice President of Innovation and Technology Policy at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) James K. (Jim) Woodell works closely with member institutions to develop tools and resources to enhance their regional engagement and economic development efforts. Jim maintains APLU's strong presence in the development and implementation of the national innovation and economic recovery agenda, and coordinates the organization's advocacy efforts on technology and intellectual property issues. Jim earned a Master of Education degree from Harvard University, and a B.S. in Public Communications (TV, Radio, and Film) from Syracuse University.
